One thing that makes Arlo camera different from others is that it’s battery powered and you don’t need to plug it into an electric outlet in order to stream and record video while other cameras require to be plugged into a power source. “Talking about Arlo pro” they use Arlo base station so that their batteries can run long last and one can communicate through it. 1.       Slide and hold the latch by unlocking the battery compartment.

2.      Now open the battery compartment by sliding battery door back and lifting it.

3.      Now, you need to insert the batteries and close it.

4.      Bring your camera within 30 to 100 centimeters of the base station.

5.      Now, sync it to the base station

6.      Press the Sync button for 2 seconds.

7.      Now, release it.

In case, if you are using an Arlo Base Station, press its sync button for about two seconds and release it.

8.      Wait for a few seconds.

9.      Let the sync status LED blink green.

10.  Once it gets done, hold your Arlo camera and press the Sync button for around 2 seconds and then release it.

11.    If you see blinking blue LED on the camera, it means the sync is successful.

12.  In case, if the LED blinks amber then you need to do it again. You must repeat the sync process for a successful Arlo System Setup.  

13.  Check camera LED color of the base station.

14.   If it turns solid green then it means that the sync is complete.

15.   If you have multiple cameras then repeat these steps for each camera.

Note: Sync process must be completed within 60 seconds otherwise you need to repeat the process.
